The performance, in the style of an English pantomime, was fun for cast, crew and our young audience of pupils from the Pippi Calzelunghe Nursery School. There was plenty of lively audience participation with some children being invited up on stage to be trees in the forest while the rest had to keep an eye out for the Big Bad Wolf and shout as soon as they saw him. In fact they were so enthusiastic that some of them didn't want to leave the stage and the Big Bad Wolf had difficulty making himself heard over the shouts of "Wolf, Wolf". There was music too, of course, with a mix of tradtiional children's and Christmas songs.
